In 2022, myPotential at Home relocated its administrative office in Winchester to shared spaces within The Village at Orchard Ridge campus. This transition didn’t slow the team down, as they continued to be visible across the National Lutheran family, providing home care services and playing a vital role in care coordination and successful life transitions that support aging with choice and independence. The myPotential at Home teams held blood pressure and vaccination clinics and supported the ConnectedLiving and Sales teams with events at The Village at Augsburg, The Village at Rockville and The Village at Orchard Ridge throughout the year. The teams always found time to create smiles and work fun into the mix with the annual holiday door decorating contests across the National Lutheran family, celebrating the diversity and cultural gifts of team members and participating in the annual Alzheimer’s Walk.
