2022 was a momentous year for The Village at Providence Point, currently in the pre-sales and pre-construction phase in Annapolis, Maryland. In February the City of Annapolis Planning Commission unanimously approved the development plans for Providence Point. Construction and design drawings were completed, enabling the permitting and bidding processes to move forward while the Sales team continued to maintain strong momentum towards the pre-sales goal of 160 reservation deposits needed for financing before the community can break ground. Throughout this pre-construction phase, a strong sense of “community” has been building around The Village at Providence Point as future residents, known as Charter Club members, gather monthly for events and outings such as games at the United States Naval Academy, mixers, performances, local cultural events and more. The heartbeat of the community is already beating as affinity groups continue to form around new friendships and common interests.
The Village at Providence Point is pending final approval by the Maryland Department of Aging.
